Paper submission

All papers for regular sessions and special sessions should be submitted through the Microsoft CMT system https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICIRA2020/Submission/Index

All submitted papers will be subject to a rigorous peer review by at least two referees. All papers to be presented at regular sessions or special sessions are to be published in LNAI/LNCS series of Springer and indexed by EI. All the contributed papers are eligible for the Best Paper Award. Those with students as the first author and the presenter in the conference are eligible for the Best Student Paper Awards.

If authors have problems in submission through the homepage, please feel free to contact us through Email: icira2020@gmail.com

Authors should familiarize themselves with the Springer Guidelines for Authors of Proceedings before the submission of papers. Authors have to prepare their papers using the available LaTex or MS Word templates. LaTeX is the preferred format for texts containing several formulae, but Word templates are also accepted. If you have difficulty downloading the template via Mac OS, please refer to the following link for LaTex.

The articles must be written in English with a maximum number of 12 pages in compliance with Springer format. There are two types of paper according to the paper length. Short papers can be between 6 and 9 pages long. Regular length paper can be between 10 and 12 pages long. A maximum of two additional pages will be allowed at an extra charge of 75 USD per additional page. Please note that prospective authors must submit the first draft of their full paper in PDF format through the conference submission system by the dates announced on this website.
